Appetizers
LUMPIA SHANGHAI
Filipino version of egg rolls — filled with pork, beef, and vegetables. Frozen lumpia available for order!
Noodles
PANCIT
A Filipino classic hailed from Chef Roel's mother's original recipe. Glass noodles, vegetables, and your choice of chicken, pork, or shrimp. Vegetarian option available.
PANCIT PALABOK
Vermicelli noodles, savory garlic sauce farm egg, chicharron. Option to add shrimp.
FILIPINO SPAGHETTI
The Filipino version of spaghetti bolognese. Ground beef, sliced hotdogs, and banana tomato sauce for that hint of sweetness like how our moms used to make it.

A Filipino vegetable staple. Stir-fried squash, okra, bitter melon, eggplant, and string beans. Keep it vegetarian or add pork or shrimp. Vegetarian, gluten-free.
JASMINE WHITE RICE
Fresh, fluffy white rice to go with all your ulam (main dishes)

UBE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Ube ("Ooh-beh") is sweet purple yam from the Philippines commonly used in desserts. Available by the dozen.

A favorite Filipino drink. Shredded cantaloupe, water, cane sugar.
Drinks are house-made from fresh fruit, with seasonal availability.
